I had been a reaper since, well, forever. I never questioned how I was born, or how I became a reaper. All I know that my name is Laura. No family name or whatsoever. I would just follow a same old routine: get the list, wait for them to die, then reap the souls all on the same night. I never bothered knowing where the souls will go. I am just a lowly-reaper of souls, am I?

But when you were asked to reap the soul of a 17-year old girl in Chicago who looks exactly like you, it's time to question things you never explored. Even if you were given specific instructions to do the task as quick and quiet as possible. After all, even in death, there's a first time for everything, right? Think again.
