From the Fox to Netflix series 'Lucifer' The devil himself was given a daughter, Lucy. He truly loved her. He'd done anything to protect her. but that's when she was taken away from him by his brothers and sister and was taken to heaven. He was angry, he was frustrated. "Hey," She began quietly, much like how she greeted him in the penthouse several times when he hadn't known she was coming over. "Look, I promise that I'm trying to be okay with you leaving. I know why you had to do it. It was so brave, and I knew it's because you felt that you needed to protect me and Charlie, but," She paused to breathe, then continued, "It's so hard. Not to think of you, I mean, or stumble across a memory of you and tell myself not to think about it...not to feel. I'm trying so hard to forget everything that you made me feel." Everything meaning the annoyance, heartbreak, joy, sadness, fear, and love. All of it.
