When men are having difficulty expressing their feelings and personal issues, which so many women and same-sex partners demand of them to communicate, we wonder why men run-away, shut-off, shut-down, go mute and withdraw. We judge men on a skill set most were never shown how to nurture in their adolescence or were taught is necessary for healthy relationships and meaning in life.

One of my most enlightening ascension lessons was becoming conscious of my own toxic masculine behaviours. I was emotionally closed-off, averse to showing vulnerability, competitive and projected a toxic masculine ideology on my divine masculine. Yes, divine feminine and women of the world, we created and contributed to the over-arching stereotypes of masculine constructs, especially the toxic ones.
