An Australian teenage girl, Hanna Williams moves to Japan with her family, mom, dad, two twin brothers Luke and Calum and her little sister Caitlin, Hanna enrolled into Ouran Academy with a scholarship, one day when she is looking for some where quiet to study she bumps into Haruhi Fujioka and both of them open the door to music room #3 and thus begining the crazy adventures with the host club (and also a romantic adventure with the Hitachiin twins)
