They decided that everyone who rebelled against them or did anything bad would be put into a perfect android body which was devoid of doing anything wrong. I wrote this novel back in 2018-2019 and revised it in 2020-2021, but it was first now that I realized I should post it online. I have been thinking about making a "remaster" with better plot, more likely language and more dynamical world building. So maybe that will happen.
