16 year old Leah Conrad is not the most popular student at her high school, but she has many friends. and she has an older brother named Levi, that she can trust with anything and everything.Her boyfriend is the captain of the football team. Her dad is a billionaire because he owns his own company. And her mom was a model, but she retired and became a surgeon, which makes Leah very rich.

Everything was going great for her until her mom was killed in a car crash...after her mom's death, her dad started to get violent. Her dad started to physically and mentally hurt her and her brother Levi. Her brother started going insane and killed him self.

Leah and Her dad agreed that it was best if they just moved away and started a new life. So Leah had too break up with her boyfriend, and when she did, he got mad and started hitting her. She woke up in the hospital, and was told by a nurse that her dad killed her ex boyfriend and was sentenced to life in prison, and that she was going to be placed in a orphanage.

Leah was not happy about that... so, once the nurse left Leah packed up the stuff she had and left the room, and walked down the hall, and out the doors and started running.

And that's when everything went black.

She woke up in two arms laying her on a bed. She looked up at the person who was carrying her and saw a boy around her age with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes.
