Cogito™ Entertainment presents:

Living someone else's life can be entertaining. If the person you're embodying dies from societal injustices, though, could your own soul bear it?

The E.R.G.O. Prospect Technology offered humanity a chance at spiritual and empathetic development, virtuous enlightenment, improvement of emotional intelligence, and open-mindedness of its benefactors ever since its creation in Max Young's garage in 2080, almost ten years ago. Its rapid success allowed her to build her empire, the Cogito™ Entertainment companies. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the E.R.G.O. Prospect Technology's discovery, Young decided to join forces with Ergosummit Studios to produce a simulation that is particularly close to her heart, titled "The slaves of Freetown".

In that universe representing a modified version of our past 2019, the practice of slavery maintains the American society in a fragile balance. Deprived of rights, Kanoa's family is one of the 10% that the BC19 program (Beat-COVID-19) has randomly chosen to serve as material goods, made available to the true American citizens - the Masters. Surviving, day after day, their often harsh treatment, the Slave sees his only chance to be one day freed, reduced to nothing, as he is accused of his Mistress' murder...

So, what are you waiting for? Don't you want to know if Kanoa will realize his dream of freedom? Impersonate his avatar and find out more about his story! Get the brand new Orbiculus Rift VR, download the new version of our software and become a better version of yourself.

This add was brought to you by Cogito™ Entertainment, in collaboration with Ergosummit Studios and the Federal Bureau of Inner Peace, within the framework of the year 2100 peace objectives formulated by the UN as part of the post-World War III revival program, Utopia.

Some fates are worse than death--survival is one of them. In the two hundred years since humanity left the Earth's surface to live in the sky, life on the ground faded to a myth, a tragic memory from which they severed themselves to survive. They floated above continents turned to sand and lands swallowed by the seas, watched storm after storm rage against their cities and their monuments until they broke apart the last vestiges of civilization in penance for generations of human greed. As a lightning harvester charged with flying her ship into these storms for energy, Raina has seen more of the planet than most. She has spent her entire life soaring above its craters and scars, studying the gaping wounds of human devastation, as she honed her skills and became the youngest captain in storm-chaser history. Her ship has flown for generations. Her skills are unparalleled. But none of that matters the day they go down. ~ Praise for Earth, After: "I'm so not ready for this ending. I will reread this for sure. It's honestly my favourite work on wattpad ever, and among my best reads in general, it's insane. I love your creativity!" Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?

It's 2141. Clones have taken over as the dominant species. Using brain nanochips to surveil thoughts and actions, they have pushed traditional humans down to a status of low-class workers in a discriminatory dystopia. A nineteen-year-old aspiring mechanic and traditional human, Daphne, unwillingly leads a double life when Sigi, a rebel from the nightclub Amanita, hacks her nanochip and frees her from clone control. Since then, she becomes involved in a plot to dethrone the clones as the ruling elite. Daphne is caught between two pro-violence titans with twisted concepts of justice: Apollo, the Living God of clones, on one side and Agape, the rebels' leader, on the other. Daphne's ideals and pacifism are put to the test as she encounters good and evil on both sides. She abhors the rebels' blood-thirsty road to freedom, which only emulates the clones' violence during the Prevalence War. All in the name of justice. True peace, not rebels taking over and getting revenge, could end it all. But how? History and old mistakes will get repeated. Despite it all, some questions plague Daphne's mind: if true peace is possible, are criminals and tyrants worth listening to? Do they deserve peace? To be forgiven while uprooting the seeds of hatred so that history doesn't repeat itself? Daphne won't conform to the insurrectionary, perverse ideals of Agape and her allegedly justified acts of terrorism. But can she rise from a scared girl to an empowered game-changer? 🧬 🧬 ⚖ 🧬 🧬 A Sci-Fi story with a sprinkle of Romance and Mystery. A trigger for debate. 🥇 WINNER of the "Hero" & "Storyteller" categories, FINALIST (top 5) in the "Philologos" category, in the Adept Pen 2021 🏆 BEST IN SHOW in the Adept Pen 2021 🏅 FEATURED by official ambassadors' profiles: @NA, @StoriesUndiscovered, @BadassReads, @dangerouslove, @dystopianapocalipse, @WattpadESL, and @ScienceFiction 📚 This novel is only available on Wattpad.

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. With Iron Guard, the resistance outside the walls, hunting the Purebloods too, will the trial save human race before it's too late? #3 in #dystopianfuture (27.06.2020)

It was 2050, the year of the misery. The world War 3 happened, a nuclear war which ended up making the earth inhabited. But luckily there were survivors. There was an organization called 'Octagon Veranda' situated on a lonely Island which was covered by a special Nano cover which was supposed to last 300 years and it's a shield against radiation, bioweapons and chemical attacks. This organization of scientists was created to survive the World War, which could've wiped out humans from Earth. The communication system within the island was advanced and had no connection with outside to prevent AI attacks. It was protected in each possible way which is why humanity still lasts. It is 2201 now. Our little island is the only place humanity can survive on the earth but sadly it's a small island. The population is rising. So now we have a lot more problems to survive than radiation. There are two parts of the island. Inside and outside. Simply heaven and hell on the same island. If you can get inside you are more than lucky. If you get to live outside, you better pray for death. Inside the island is the place where the Octagon Veranda, the main buildings and the city are situated. Octagon Veranda, we work on eight sectors that help humanity to survive. Each sector has a chancellor, and together that's the Octagon council. Edward Sallow - Nano technology sector Kane Johnson - Chemical sector Kirstein Evens - Mechanicals and communication sector. Jessy Terco - Environmental science, Biology and human studies sector Elsa Blake -Medical sector. Bell Bostic - Security, exploration and social work sector Penny Browns - Hydrology and Farming Sector Jupiter Terco -Astro sector
