"What if he actually did it?" 
  Of course we wouldn't have our original My Hero Academia that quite literally revolves around Izuku.
Katsuki, being the person he is, tells Izuku "If you think you'll have a quirk in your next life...go take a swan dive off the roof!" 
So... what if he did? How will it affect the entire story? (Yeah, this is my imagination. If this suddenly blows up, I don't know what I'll do)
