To Kill A Nightingale | Winter Soldier FF

One hundred years ago there used to be an elite group of four individuals called The Eternals. The team worked for an organization that specialized in taking down enhanced humans that went rogue, or who were a threat to the world. Twenty years pass, and the organization gets shut down for unknown reasons, and replaced by another: SHIELD.

SHIELD sees no need for the four individuals anymore. They are relieved of their duties, stripped of their powers, except their immortality, and are supposed to enjoy life in early retirement. However, twenty two years later, three of the four individuals are dead, only one remains alive. Annabella Barkley. Former member of The Eternals Team, and last living member, now lives alone as a successful author of 50 fantasy books, with her painted orange and White Aegean cat, Tinkerbell.

One winter's night in her cabin in the snowy mountains of Switzerland, she gets greeted by a man, and not only that, but he goes by the name of the Winter Soldier. And he's not there for a visit either. Will she have what it takes to survive from this mysterious man? And why has he come to kill a harmless author like her?
