The Giant war is over and that means peace at last, right? Wrong. Percy comes home one day to find 9 Olympian gods in his living room. Why, you may ask? Percy has been 'voluntold' to take on this quest. Here's the catch: the deities must join him on his journey, for every moment that passes without their symbols, they grow weaker. What starts as an innocent (and supposedly easy) quest, takes a surprising turn as some of Percy's secrets are uncovered.
