Alyna Targaryen was just a girl of seven when she was whisked away to Essos by Magister Illyrio Mopatis and his associates. Her father, the ruling King of Westeros, was murdered by Ser Jaime Lannister and House Targaryen overthrown by House Baratheon.
Alyna is joined by a motley crew of advisors and companions consisting of Tai of Yi Ti, a man of high intelligence and wavering reasons, Missandei of Naath, a girl with noble intentions and great heart. Characters like Ser Barristan, Grey Worm, Jorah, Quaithe and Daario will join her.
Journey across the continent of Essos and visit iconic locations such as Pentos, Meereen, and to more mystical locales like Asshai and Yi Ti.
Will Alyna be able to retake what is hers?
Or is she doomed to follow in her father's footsteps?

If he wants to take the throne, it's either he disgraces his eldest niece or takes her for himself. However, if he does that it's either his plans work and be Rhaenyra's husband or she will be disinherited like him. The throne might pass to Annelyse or to the king's firstborn son, Prince Aegon. The princess wants to control her life in the way she wants it. The prince desire the crown and the Iron Throne. The Heir struggles to perform her duties and carry all the responsibilities. The firstborn son doesn't want to rule. The Green Queen only wants the survival of her children. The Blackfyres and Targaryens have fought many times against each other for the Iron Throne. Maelys Blackfyre was the last one to try and conquer the Iron Throne during the War of the Ninepenny Kings. Daemon, his cousin, was also killed by Maelys in order to get control of the Golden Company. Unbeknownst to Maelys, Daemon had a son called Aegon. Aegon fled after seeing his father being murdered and set out to travel among the Free Cities of Essos. After a few years of mercenary work, he settled near Volantis and started a family. Now his daughter, Visenya Blackfyre, is going on a journey that will change Westeros and Essos for generations. ~ I do not own Game of Thrones or any of the characters except my own~ I like to thank bobissocool11 for creating his book 'A Dragon's Flame'. It inspired me to write this story and it may have some overlap with that story. I highly recommend you read his/her story. Lastely, this is my first story ever. I hope you will enjoy it.
