After the slushie incident in season 3 instead of ignoring the situation both Dalton and McKinley agree to an exchange of Sebastian and Finn for two weeks. Only problem. Sebastian is diabetic and no one knows other than his parents his doctor and his ex-girlfriend. How will he hide this from the New Directions or is he doomed from the beginning?
