Who is the tenant is Apartment 3D?

The building manger's granddaughter, Roxanne is taking care of the building while her grandfather who is the building manager is staying in the hospital with her grandmother. Roxanne helps out in the building, goes to school, and works part-time at a cafe. She lives her grandparents while she finishes up school. However, while waiting for her grandparents she find out more than she can handle with the new tenant in the building.
