El Niño, (belongs to @bagelbabey) is the most feared and serial killer through Mexico and the edgiest.  He's cold and unforgiving for the most part and wears Peppa Pig Boots he stole from a 5 year old.  What happens when you mix Mexican's most wanted with Jeff the Killer?
