[This book is inspired by musicals/plays, and poetry] (SLOW UPDATES) •°•°•°•° "Imagination can be romantic." •°•°•°•° Madelaine Bowman is a child of wonders, yet she despise the world and its flaws. She craves perfection. She craves for a friend. She has her own, small world in her colorful mind. A world filled with butterflies and flowers--no human besides her and her friend, Lucas lives there. Every night, she drifts off to her own, perfect paradise. Far from any harm, unwanted words silenced, and comforted by Lucas, she never wants to leave her own paradise. "There, there," Lucas says as he combs Madelaine's long hair. "It's okay, Maddie. You're with me now. It's just you and me princess, only you and me. Now come, let us sing and dance." Madelaine had stopped going to school, she doesn't talk to anyone in the real world, and is perfectly fine the way she is. She gave everything up just to be in her own paradise--her own world. That is until her uncle decided to try to help her get back to reality. --But Lucas isn't in favor of that.
