Janelle Woods is sick and tired of her school's praise for the boys. The boys got new sports uniforms while the girls were left with the same 10-year-old ones. The boys wore tanktops and even took their shirts off on hot days while the girls got dress-coded for wearing tanktops. It was a trophy for a boy to touch a girl inappropriately while the girl was blamed for it. These things fueled Janelle's hunger for justice. She starts a secret feminist organization with her two new friends Audrey and Teddy, and slowly, more and more girls join the movement. Even some of the "minority" boys join it. They violate the extremely strict dress code, raise money for new uniforms, and eventually do something so big that it really sets the sexist principal off. . .
