Cain was a orphan boy who became a drug lord.Cain makes the popular drug Nuke,but he doesen't use them.He had an accident and was transformed by OCP into RoboCain.

He was tasked to follow Mayor Martin Kuzak to his meeting with an individual.
He needed to kill everyone on that big meeting.
