Love In Broken Pieces 🔒

I didn't get it when they said when your heart breaks you'll feel like you're dying.
I felt it.
I lived through it.
I survived it.
From the ashes, I rose like a Phoenix.
Mother Nature put a pen in my hand.
"Write," she said," You'll heal faster."

And so I wrote.
Poetry oozed out of the sore cuts of my heart.
Words poured out as the hurt took solid form on paper.

Now I share with the world.
My world of hurt.
