A Retelling of the Fairy Tale: Beauty and the Beast.--
Rosalie yearns for new sights and adventure, but she's trapped on the French coast in a simple little village where she lives with her father, the inventor.
She strives for some semblance of peace by evading the people, particularly one terribly incorrigible hunter. But when she comes face to face with the fabled monster of the woods, Rosalie is conflicted with the instinct to flee and the undeniable connection she feels for the beast.
Eventually, she has to make a choice: Either she runs away from destiny, relegating herself to a mundane, boring life. Or, she gives up everything she's accumulated in her twenty years to seek out the adventure she'd always dreamed of.

Time to once again try my hand at writing a fic inspired by Beauty and the Beast, this time it's a Hetalia Prussia x reader! This fic will be based off of the animated Disney movie, whatever the hell Beauty and the Beast the Enchanted Christmas is supposed to be, the live action Disney movie, the stage play, and the original story of Beauty and the Beast. Y/N is an odd girl, at least according to most of the people in the town. Being the only girl, or person, in town to even think of picking up a book and the daughter of the village inventor, who can blame them for calling her weird, at least in the minds of the rest of the town. But she just wants more than this provincial life. Gilbert is cursed. After an unfortunate stormy night when he turned away and enchantress in disguise, he was transformed into a ferocious beast. When Y/N's father takes a wrong turn to California somehow, and ends up imprisoned at Gilbert's castle, Y/N gives up her freedom in exchange for her fathers.
