He took his second life when he was 10. And became Mind Breaker. He'd either kill his victims, or slowly torture them with his mind tricks and his Quirk. He kills Villains, Heroes, and Civilians alike. That is until he's captured by UA, and given the chance of Rehabilitation... This could either end in a good way, or a bad way...
