As for the names of the characters, I pulled all of the names during the historical periods from actual history. So, I am sorry if the names are odd or difficult to follow, it is set during a specific reign and the historical people around the royal palace. I really enjoy writing from actual history as much as possible when I do delve into history. the prelude...... what took place in Thebes before the murder of Seti the first and the motive behind his assassination. the story of the greatest of blasphemers the story of someone unknown - one whose mummified remains were destroyed. the story of the king's mistress a story of inevitable death and doom, carnage and grief, curses and damnation and above all destruction all that will be ignored, for that is a story lost to time. the story in focus is the aftermath, when the blasphemer is awoken from his resting place by a group of four - two Egyptologists, a war hero and a pickpocket. the blasphemer is raging, having an insatiable appetite for destruction and an unquenchable thirst to bring back the one he loves. not Anck-su-namun but someone else

Sophie and Rick are back! Now married and with a kid, together they go exploring as archaeologist living a normal life, but Sophie ask Rick to go on one more adventure where she think the famous bracelet of Anubis may be after obsessing to know if the bracelet is really a myth or not. What they don't know is that this is not just any digging they had done before, in this adventure they will encounter an old enemy as he is resurrected once again from the dead, who also want the bracelet, only Imhotep wants it to destroy the entire world once again. There is a catch... Sophie and Rick's child, Alex puts the bracelet on putting himself in a situation where he is kidnap by the High Priest Imhotep. Sophie and Rick will have to put their life at risk to save their beloved child and the world once again. The sisters where as thick as thieves, for it was usually just the two of them alone in the palace to keep each other company. When Amunet and Imoteph became lovers, the fear struck Nefertiri's heart, as their love was forbidden. Although Imoteph was a high priest, it wasn't usually a position with enough power or glory for a princess to wed him. However when Amunet was seen as blessed by Iris, the goddess of the moon, and Imoteph by Osiris, the god of the underworld they where deemed as soul mates and the marriage was blessed. The two had a connection, a love like no other that bloomed like a desert flower on the edge of a oasis. The Mummy (Imhotep x (OC)/Reader)
This is going to be based 1990's 'The Mummy'. However, since I love Egypt and the movie so much I was going to try to make my own X reader type book. I always had the tendency to feel bad for the villains, but I don't think Imhotep was really a bad guy. It's just he had a lot of hatred and vengeance for those who cursed him for loving someone after she killed herself. So due to this I'm going to change the story just a tad, and have a more happy ending. I am also naming her after Seti the first real daughter named Tia. I do not own any of the characters besides my Oc Akila/Tia. Akila Carnahan, is the half-sister of Evelyn and Jonathan. Her brother and sister are half Egyptian while Akila was fully Egyptian. She worked with her sister at the Museum of Antiquities in Cario, Egypt. After she and her siblings found the key and the map to Hamunaptra they went to see a man named Rick O'Connell. They all travel to Hamunaptra, not knowing Americans were going as well to the city of the dead. The night they were heading to Hamunaptra on the boat she got constant visions more than she usually did about her past life. How much will she learn of her old life while in Hamunaptra? What will happen when her sister Evelyn accidentally revives Imhotep from the dead with the book? Will she remember her love with the High Priest? Will she help send him back to his holy resting place or will she be the one to keep balance between them all?Terminé
