Elliot is a high school student that likes the punk rock life, works as a cook and lives with his abusive father. A new neighbor moves in town and they become best friends. In this town there are missing women left and right. The missing women are found dead in the town lake. The serial killer's strategy changes when a new victim is murdered. Leaving Detective Charles and the town thinking harder about who the killer may just be. Will Elliot and his friends help find out who the serial killer is, or will they be the next victims?
