Seven years have passed since the war on Kanto grounds ended due to the sacrifice made by Sir Aaron and Soul Fraverden. While their legacy has been immortalized by the people of Kanto, not everyone has completely moved on from such a tragic loss. Queen Rin of Rota took it the hardest, and fate plays a cruel trick on her when she meets Hope Eldridge, the lone survivor of a brutal massacre who looks exactly like the female hero. Not to mention she also possesses the power of aura.

While under the guidance of an aura guardian named Nicholas Santos, Hope finds herself following a path that expects too much from her. Meanwhile, the bad blood from the second war inevitably births the rise of merciless attacks on Kanto orchestrated by one man that wishes to see the world burn. The kingdom of Rota falls into crisis as an inevitable war begins, and it is up to Hope and her allies to put a stop to it once and for all. Does Hope have what it takes to live up to the legacy of an aura guardian? Will she meet the same fate as her predecessors?
