Roman Greenwood is a popular, jerk of a prep. He has money, he has looks, and he has fans who worship the very ground he walks. Who knows why, because the only side of him Dorian has ever seen is a complete idiot.
He doesn't expect much from high school, and he didn't at all expect this guy to suddenly be begging and following him like a dog. But Dorian isn't stupid, he won't fall for it like all the other boys and girls Roman has flung around in life. Oh no, this time, Roman is getting flung.

Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. Deceit is unpopular in highschool, as others find him ugly with his snake-like burn, he is depressed and self harms, he has a crush on one of the most popular kids, Logan, they meet in a class and try to become friends, but Logan's friends, Patton, Roman, Virgil, try to push them further apart. Edit- 06/02/21 this was one of the first things I tried to properly write, it isn't that great but it does show how much I've improved and I find that cool now that I've gotten over most of my embarrassment about it. (Also I'm not editing anything this thing is beyond saving anyway-)
