Mabel and Dipper finished high school this year and are now living with their Grunckles at the Mystery Shack in Gravity Falls. Rather than having to pay rent, they work at the Mystery Shack in shifts every day of the week, excluding the weekends. Dipper isn't exactly a morning person, so he works from afternoon to closing. However, no one ever really comes in during the morning, so Dipper's the one that has to deal with the crowds of people that flood into the shack.
