Government of Delhi is changing Delhi for the betterment of people. Many undeveloped villages have been developed under the Land Pooling Policy. Delhi is divided into several zones which are under Land Pooling Policy. Land pooling zones are j-Zone, K1-zone, l-Zone, N-Zone, and P-2 Zone. out of which j zone is situated in south Delhi. South Delhi is already one of the posh areas of Delhi. It is already developed. The highest number of millionaires live in that part of Delhi. But south Delhi also consists of some undeveloped villages. 

DDA J zone has many parks which connect the people with the environment. After L Zone J Zone is the second largest zone of Delhi. Therefore J zone is going to be the second most preferred place to live and to invest. 15178-hectare area is under zone J. its population holding capacity is 20,67,000. DDA J Zone consists of a total of 30 villages. 

The main objective of DDA J Zone are:
1) They provide enough shelter for both physical and social infrastructures.
2) Offers green area and open spaces for public use.
