Depression means "feelings of severe despondency and dejection." There are over one million reported incidents of suicide, worldwide, each year meaning that one person, somewhere in the world, takes their own life every 40 seconds. If you are in depression or know someone is then please speak up now or It's too late. And most suicide is because of depression or anxiety. Losing someone or something is not a choice or something it's predicted. It just happens. You cannot know when it will happen. The worst part of it all is that you can't get it back. Once it's gone, there is no turning back. You truly see how much love and appreciation it deserved, but cause you were so live careless you never gave the tendance it should have gotten.
