Hello! Quick note- this isn't cannon! It's just me missing the series and wanting to see what would come after the third movie. So,uh, I really hope you enjoy this- (FYI Book cover art belongs to me)



(This, is Berk. The New Berk. Although it may not be as fun and entertaining to live without dragons, it is still Berk. For many years now, dragons and vikings have lived separated. It's been quite some time since the last time I got to see Toothless. But hey! He seemed happy! He had a family, children, a.. dragon wife? And so do I! I have a wife, and two children to love! But... it's not really a complete family without my dragon)


After the dragons have left, Hiccup had to find a way to make many people forget about them, due to the fact that if a viking might've tried to find them it would bring enemies back in the game. Vikings have eventually found a way of living without them, whether it's battle or not, and forgot about them. Well, most of them, anyways. 

A little girl whom goes by the name of Linda Hillhiss, age 13, has read many books about dragons, and she does not believe that they're gone. Linda Hillhiss loves to go on adventures and gather things that once belonged to dragons. Although she fails 80% of the time, Linda will not give up until she can prove that dragons still exist. 


Until one day...

The dragons returned.

Only things don't turn out the way she thought after that one night.

He thought his monstrous nightmare match would be the perfect setting for such a feat. When things go sideways, when Toothless saves Hiccup, he has a choice, stay and try one last shot of convincing Berk, or flee with his best friend. He chooses the best option, he flees. Now, he is branded as a trator, a renegade. Stoick practically disowns him and he is never heard from again. five years later, Berk hears mighty tales of a grand hero who rides a night fury. Many call him 'Night Rider', 'Dragon Tamer', and 'Mysterious Rider'. Many doubted that this hero could be their traitorous ex heir to the Berkian leadership. After all, he was described as having a prosthetic leg, very tall, confident, and extremely buffed, while Hiccup was the opposite of all these descriptions. After their romantic flied which also change her view on dragons, and their discovery of the red death, Hiccup was still planning to run away even though he have just finally friended an actual human, he decided to tell her so he don't have to let her worry about him leaving without a word in the next day. When he finish telling her his plan and surprisingly to hiccup and even Toothless she beg to come with and she also told him her reason. Turns out Astrid Hofferson was abused and pressured by her own family. She have enough of it, Hiccup didn't really have yes as his first nor second choice but she beg him until he gave up and let her tag along. What would happen to them?, will this new path that choose was path to a bright future?,will something spark between them? (Obviously). What would the village have to say about this?
