Geaes plan for destroying the Half Bloods through sheer force is coming to pass as monsters overwhelm the lower Realms and flood into Midgard from Tartarus - the monstrous new Immortal being that Geae, Hela, and the Lifthrasirs Gudbrand and Emerich created from the Breath of Life.
Sera, realizing the power that she truly possesses against monsters, isn't terrified of fighting them anymore and actually enjoys it a little knowing that she is making a difference, even though it's more challenging for her to beat her enemies than it is for her two best friends Hemming and Aisling.
Although she doesn't envy the power of the Lifs considering that they have to fight Gods and Jotuns.
Yet it seems the Fates are not letting her go so easily as she had hoped.
Instead of focusing on which three powers she wants to keep after the Trail of the Gateways, which she is sure to fail without having access to much less mastery over the basics of the Lifs 9 roots of power, she's now stuck with the dilemma of how to handle her visions which have manifested into a prophecy that she has hidden in her nightstand!
The Agents of Chaos are intent on making sure Ragnarok happens and are cutting down everyone in their way. Could this new vision be another part of that destruction or is it something else? Sera isn't sure where her intuition ends and wishful thinking begins, but one thing is certain: A prophecy that takes residence within a Tellus Sphere is important; important enough to have it's own place in the Lyceum where none other than the Fates themselves study them alongside Gods and other beings who have proven themselves to be wise and brilliant.
