Tension grows among family members as the lies get bigger and harder to keep. Nikki just woke up from being in a coma for a few weeks, or has it been months? One person says its been months, another days, and a third says weeks. Nikki has no clue who's telling the truth and who's lying. Stories are flying around and conflicting with what she remembers. She doesn't remember much from her recent year in high school, but what she does remember is said to be a dream."Are my memories just a dream? Or are they real?" One can never know what is reality and what is a dream.
Shadows are moving and seem to be following her and watching her every move. Whispers echo in the wind telling her not to follow the feeling she has in her gut, but when one's instincts are so strong, who's to say you shouldn't follow them? Nikki is struggling as everyone around her is keeping something from her. Nate is acting weirder than normal, her mother is avoiding eye contact, and her father, Jeff, is nowhere to be seen. Now there is this tall pale boy she's never seen before claiming that he's been her best friend for the past year, and a secret admirer that insists he can't be seen, but keeps telling her what is said to be dreams was real.

This is back up! I never got around to editing it because I didn't have the time like I thought I would. Enjoy this and the sequel. Isabelle was jolted awake out of her nightmare quite suddenly. You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. COMPLETED but in serious need of editing.
