Allie-Kate is a blonde blue eyed girl who has freckles that dance across her nose. She is the daughter of Dr Johnathan Baker her mother passed away when she was three days old after complications of her c section. Her world is about to have a major change in it when her dad decides to date again after he is finally done with his fellowship.

But when a familar face pops up on his matches he can't help but wonder what happened to two of friends from high school. The familar face is ER nurse Winnie Barnes mother of 4. Three boys and 1 girl and recently divorced.
