It's the year 1816 ANF. Meaning 1,816 years have passed since the nuclear fallout. Almost everyone has been affected with radiation poisoning, despite the efforts to prevent so. This has given them abilities known as Rad-A (Radiation Ability).

Thousands have sailed the toxic seas to land in the port of Neo Florida, where a grand contest is being held. The contest: To kill all of the "Radiation Zombies" that's spreading the nation from Florida to Neo York.

Whoever gets to Neo York first, and kills a large amount of Radiation Zombies gets a grand prize of over 20,000,000 quarters.

There, they must journey through the deserted wastelands of the country and survive the zombies and other contestants who plan to eliminate people out of the competition.
