Natsu is mentally Insane and kills he wants. He kills for giggles and shit like that. He is hard to catch so the police has no evidence of who it is. Natsu is know as The Angel of slaughter.

Acnologia is a detective trying to find out of who it is that kills all these innocent people. He is up day and night. Acnologia or Acno Is always a step behind the killer, but Acnologia can't really hate him, cuz Acnologia used to be a killer too. Wonder who he killed?

Natsu had found ways to blame others and when the person get executed he would write a letter "oops wrong person" on the next person he killed.
