One night, a very special night, each royal fae family birthed an heir. These four children were known to become the children of the prophecy. A dark evil was after these newborns, causing their families to send them to the human world. Each babe was sent to well off human families that were allies with the fae. Each child with a gift to protect them and specific instructions for how the child was to be raised.
