Welcome to Hawkins, Indiana! (This is a Stranger Things x Female Reader with you thrown in the mix. This is only season 1, so only little romance is involved with the kids. It will be a Mike x Female reader, but eventually things will be switching up!)

You woke up one day in the adoption center with fuzzy memory. You can only remember bits and pieces of what happened when you got to the adoption center. However, when you woke up, you saw a boy looking at you curiously with a woman who seems to be his mother. His hair was super curly, and when he smiled, you realized he had missing teeth, and he dressed in the 80s. They adopted you, and your name is (Y/n) Henderson.
You befriend Dustin Henderson, age 13, and you're 12. You go to Hawkins Middle school. It took a while for you to settle in and finally talk. They provided you a house with fresh clothes, food, and treated you like their own. You also befriend Mike Wheeler, Will Byers, and Lucas Sinclair and join their DnD group.
Things start to get a little weird after Will disappears, and now you're sucked into an investigation with your friends, hoping to find what memory you've lost.
