In a world where magic caused the apocalypse, one woman struggles to survive against crazed magicians, mutated beasts, and guitar-playing assassins. She seeks to understand why she was stolen as a baby, trained only to fight, and discarded at ten-years-old -- all at the hands of the two most powerful magicians. But her quest for answers fights with her desire for vengeance -- a battle within that may destroy all she holds dear.

Mixing elements of Fantasy and Science Fiction, Stuart Jaffe brings you an action-packed ride filled with excitement, thrills, and humor. Find out why Fictitious Chronicle called The Way of the Black Beast "incredible and impressive" and Workaday Reads called it "a great start to a series, and I can't wait to see where it goes next."

This is a Nick Armstrong fanfic because I absolutely love him! He definitely deserved more screen time. He was by far my favorite character and I cried when he died both times. It was so sad. I wish this show would of came out with a second season. (The Secret Circle fanfic) ---------------------------‐‐‐----------------------------------- Violet Syarwarski is a 15 year old girl who moves to Chance Harbor, Washington, after her parents die in a tragic car accident along with her 6 year old sister. Violet finds out many dark secrets about her family that she wished had stayed buried. She moved in with her aunt, Ninko, who just turned 30. Violet is very far from a normal teenage girl. She is a witch. When she moved to Chance Harbor, Washington, she didn't expect to find a small coven of witches let alone fall in love with one of them. Violet is a very sweet and kind person, but she also has a bad attitude. Being shocked of the discovery of the coven of witches she wants to find out more, so she gets close with them and of course they welcome her with open arms. Her mother never told her that witches were meant to have a circle. Violet was alone. She got her magic from her mother. Her father never really spoke of the subject. Nick Armstrong was among one of her new witchy friends. He was the teenage boy who "dated" almost all the girls at his school. He never cared for a relationship. He was rude and disrespectful. He was also a bit mysterious and a challenge. Violet was very intrigued. He, too, lost his parents. When Violet falls for her new school's "bad boy" what will she do? Will he change for her? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Most of the characters do not belong to me. I only own Violet and a couple others. The rest of the characters belong to Kevin Williamson, Leslie Morgenstein, Andrew Miller, and Gina Girolamo. Im sorry for any mistakes I might make. ~completed~

Though Mira was born a thief, she will have to learn what it means to steal, especially if it means stealing another's life. Mira's fate was determined long before she was born. And when she drew her first breath, that fate was written on her skin in thick ink, a mark she can never remove. Thief. That one word has guided her life for eighteen years, destroying friends and forming enemies. It is this word that threw her into the king's prison, condemning her to a life of killing for sport. She has spent her life clawing at her ink-stained skin, seeking for a way to remove this curse from her tainted life. But some scars never heal, and some paths never waver. Mira may just find that this blight might actually be her greatest strength. Some thieves are made, while others are born.
