Shardpaw, is a loyal and bold cat but his Clan mates think he's cunning, evil, stubborn and plotting with ShadowClan. His Clan mates think Sunpaw, on he other hand, is kind-hearted, loving and patient. When he becomes a warrior, Shardfang had had enough. His heart has turned to ice. Sunflame's heart may be fire. But nothing will stop the cat from getting revenge. And his Clan mates better be ready for this attack......

(I cringe at this every day now. It's not too horribly written, but it is rushed and disorganized. Please know this isn't a representation of my current work.) Two kits, same pelts, opposite souls. Blessedkit, born to ShadowClan parents, discovers quickly that he is quite "special" in the eyes of his Clanmates. His brother, Rottenkit, is presumably a filthy-hearted cat who would have become a murderer if he had been allowed to be, and therefore was murdered in the womb by StarClan. The four Clans-GrassClan, OakClan, PineClan and WillowClan-have lived in relative balance since the Clans began. They kept separate, save for their Gathering every full moon. While they had their disagreements, they kept a relatively harmonious existence. They had always been four Clans and it was believed that they always would be. For as long as they kept the warrior code alive, the Clans would continue to thrive. That's when the troubles began. One long, hot, dry greenleaf, a fire swept through GrassClan. Some cats were lost but those that survived resumed life in their now scorched territory. They knew that life was going to be harder than ever, but they could not abandon the only home they had ever known. The next couple of seasons, GrassClan struggled to feed themselves with little prey to be found. Yet, they refused to give up. Newleaf found GrassClan weak and starving but with hope on their horizon. Their oldest queen had moved into the nursery. Then, disaster struck a second time. Greencough swept through the Clan, snuffing out the new lives before they had even begun. The dreaded sickness left its mark, stealing the future of the Clan and all hope with it. Life had taken its toll on GrassClan. All that remained were their young leader, their deputy, their elderly medicine cat, one warrior and three elders. They had no apprentices, no she-cats and no kits. The once vibrant Clan was on the brink of dying out. The four Clans would soon be no more. Then, at the next Gathering, StarClan brought a message to the Clans: GrassClan must survive. There had always been four Clans and that could not change.
