Thoughts: ideas or opinions produced by thinking, or occurring suddenly in the mind

In all honestly, my mind is a complete mess. Writing helps me get some of my thoughts, feelings, etc. down on paper. Writing is my form of therapy for all of the challenges that I've endured. These are bits and pieces of what I have written throughout my years of being alive.
