The Change

Troy Black is a United States Marine, and Ember Roberts is almost a Nurse Practitioner. They meet on a blind date, and that's how you could define their relationship, blind. Then life throws them both for a loop and they both become something they didn't even know existed.

"Your mine." He whispered into my ear and I could feel the heat rising in my body craving his touch needing it to melt into me to bind with my own energy.

"I know." I whisper back his lips grazing mine. I grabbed his hand and sliced his palm and he didn't even flinch. I did the same to myself and we placed our hands together.

I wrap a white ribbon around both our hands and I chant.
"To bind, I take your hands in mine.
And with this string I do entwine
Your powers I'll forever bind
From now until the end of time."
