A little over two hundred years ago something happened. Something that nobody knows about.

So when he is sent on a hunting trip that isn't supposed to take long and runs into the infuriatingly beautiful Airlianna and her annoyingly smart brother Skever who happen to be part of a traveling
fair full of gypsies, trouble ensues.

milling around the fair are spilt up because of an attack. Airlianna, Skeve and Ashklnn run through a portal to escape. Now they just have to figure out what is happening in Never-Never and why.
And soon they begin to realize that it's hard to figure out anything when everyone they meet -including each other- has a basket full of tangled secrets and hidden agendas that they are not willing to give up for anything.
