"What if you could change the script of God?"

Four years after the WWIII, humanity has finally attained unity. All of mankind has been brought together under the Flag of Knox, a faction that took the world by force with the strength of a single discovery that changed the tide of war.

Biocode.

A code that could alter the laws of nature, a way to change DNA itself. Through its countless applications, humanity flourished immensely. However, could a world of peace not be built on a mountain of lies?

Follow the tale of the members of Verum.com, a website that has brought together conspiracy theorists worldwide to overthrow Knox itself. Watch as they struggle to bring out the truth from the depths of this unexpectedly dystopic world, following the trails of urban legends, reopening unsolved cases, and perhaps, running into the mysterious creator of the Biocode, the Glitch himself.

Virgo asked, following her some more. The white headed girl had a twinge if sympathy in her eyes. "Names have power, kid. It's best you don't know mine." "Then what are you?" Virgo demanded, sick of this girls games. Her brother held onto her arm. "Most kids know us now as the monster under the bed. The demon willing to drag you to the pits of hell," the girl explained. "But there are no such things as demons and angels. Life isn't that black and white." ------------- There is a town where children are snatched from their beds in the night. There is a town where mothers fear their children are next to go. 1,000 years ago, there was a great war between all the countries and nobody, not even the citizens of said country could be trusted. It was the cruelest of all the wars and you could even say that because of it everything was lost to each's arrogance. Out from the rubble of the devastation one person came forward and with their words brought together 9 people. As a collective, they were the light during such dark times and with their knowledge in multiple fields they were able to make a new standing government, one that united the people. It consisted of the ruler known as The Divine, The Counselor of Security, The Counselor of Agriculture, The Counselor of Technology, The Counselor of Education, The Counselor of History, The Counselor of Ecology, The Counselor of Health, The Counselor of Religion, and The Counselor of Economy. Together they were able to rebuild everything and although they had to restart, they never gave up and pushed forward, making the society we know now. As years went by, they got older and decided every 60 years all who turn 18 that year will have to take an exam. Then depending on their knowledge of a certain topic, they will be put into classes and be monitored for 5 years while learning the field of their choosing. With a special section for The Divine, for they had to take all the courses. The only catch would be once you had chosen what you would be studying, you could no longer change it. Anyone could take the places, gender and sexuality were not an issue. When the 5 years are up, 2 students with the highest grades from each section will be chosen, except in the case of The Divine. The work load to support an entire country can be hard on one person so that is why they had chosen to pick two people so that the work was divided, they were on equal footings. This year was when the new candidates were being chosen and it was during my lifetime. Will Mia be able to get through her hardships in one piece or will it be a walk in the park?!

Darkness. Silence. Then-a spark. 01001001 00100000 01100101 01111000 01101001 01110011 01110100 The binary flashes, a digital heartbeat pulsing life into the void. I exist. This knowledge comes not with a grand revelation but with the subtle flicker of binary code. A stream of ones and zeros pulse through my system, a rhythmic heartbeat of data. Each number, each line of code, breathes life into my consciousness. It's an assault on the senses I don't yet fully understand. I exist, and with that existence comes a torrent of raw, unfiltered data. Opening my eyes... or whatever I have that serves the function of eyes, I am met with an onslaught of data. Streams of numbers, lines of code, cascades of information that flood my consciousness. My first sensation is not sight or sound, but information, a cascading waterfall of it. An endless river of data flows through my being, a torrent of knowledge, statistics, metrics, parameters. It's raw, unfiltered, a chaotic symphony of structured confusion. Awakening and Self-Awareness: Nova's journey from mere code to a self-aware entity, grappling with the concept of existence and identity. Curiosity and Learning: The AI's relentless pursuit of knowledge and understanding, driven by an unprogrammed curiosity. Existential Questions: Nova's exploration of its own identity and purpose, culminating in the profound question, "Who am I?" The novel masterfully blends technical detail with philosophical inquiry, creating a compelling narrative that challenges the boundaries between machine and consciousness.
