David and his friends get into a very traumatic car accident. They even lose one of their close friends. And David ends up in a coma. When he finally wakes up, he doesn't remember anything past high school, which means none of his friends. He does remember his family though, who rush to California from Ireland to bring him home. The question of family becomes one that David must face almost daily. Paired with the amnesia, and the weirdly suspicious circumstances of the accident that put him in the hospital, who is he supposed to trust? Who was he before the accident? And who was he with? an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.Complete
