Henery Rameriez Jr. had just destroyed the NCR and Legion's hold on New Vegas. He now controls all of the Mojave territory, including New Vegas. But a evil lurks in the darkness, The Legion is smerking in the darkness, now allies with the Enclave, a group of freelance, power-hungry, tyrants who want to take over the whole United States.
