The Owners of the Dog and Whistle

The Dog and Whistle pub is an anomaly even by the high standards of New York. The barman, waiter and waitress seem far too young to work in a bar and seem insistant that it is a pub not a bar. There are rumors of Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and even Steve Rogers visiting the pub. There are other weird things the waitress seems to have pointed ears and the bartenders eyes have an odd habit of flashing red not to mention the fact that the cook has never been seen.
