Ami Heartfilia a 15 year old girl who happens to be the future head of the Heartfilia Company,has to go to Durarara High School,a school for 'Special Kids',supposedly its more like a prison to the people inside.Once you go inside,you cant come out,till your 20.

Strange rumors have been going around about this weird and strange school,saying that people actually die in there.Ami being transferred there because of her parents ordering her to go,not really caring she goes,along with her best friend Akira Saito.

But,what was the reason her parents sent her there? Ami is a devious mischievous 15 year old girl,who loves messing with people,shes simply 'One Hell of An Observer' after all.
