Sunset lives with Starlight, the vampire who turned her. One day she and her friends, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity hear that a new student is transferring to CHS. They are all excited to welcome a new wondercolt to their school. Sunset and Pinkie Pie are the ones who decide to greet the new student. Upon meeting the student, whose name is Twilight Sparkle, Sunset realizes she has developed a crush on her. But being a vampire means that she could pose a danger to Twilight. She struggles to keep her vampiric nature a secret. But when an old enemy from Starlight's past comes into town, she realizes they are in danger. She and Starlight must keep their much stronger, much older enemy out of town. If they don't they could risk revealing their secret to all of Canterlot, if not all of Equestria.

This is a story I'm Writing about the shipping from MLP, FlashLight. The Majority of this fic takes place in the Alternate Universe , where humans come from. Also know as the Equestria Girls world. When a huge war breaks out in Equestria Princess Twilight loses everything she loved and cherished the most. Her friends, her family, her Mentor, her Castle, Everything. Luckily there was still one pony, er dragon per say, that was still alive. All Twilight wants is to see her friends again. She misses them so much and wishes that there was a way to see them again. Then she remembers the world she went through In order to retrieve her crown back from the Now reformed Sunset Shimmer. After she Notes Sunset about her coming and staying in the world Sunset now calls home, she goes through the portal back to Canterlot High. When she gets there, a ᏟᎬᎡᎢᎪᏆN, ᏴᏞᏌᎬ ᎻᎪᏆᎡᎬᎠ, ᏩᏌᏆᎢᎪᎡ ᏢᏞᎪYᎬᎡ just happens to be sitting by the portal thinking about twilight and wishing he could see her again.

It should have been the happiest day of her life. Despite all odds, Twilight passed the entrance exam to Princess Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. Not only that, but she also got asked to be the Princess's personal protege. And if that wasn't already amazing enough, she even got her cutie mark! So why wasn't the filly prancing around in circles shouting "Yes, Yes, Yes" over and over again? Being the victim of an uncontrolled surge did not only grant her enough magic to give life to a dragon but apparently also made it possible for her to get glimpses of her future, showing her a destiny she really does not care for. So, knowing where her current path would lead her, there is really no sensible alternative than throwing everything away and changing her destiny to one she can agree to, setting her up for a life of intrigue and adventure, uncovering the many mysteries surrounding her and a certain pegasus, to find out who they really are. Unfortunately, in doing so, she ruins the carefully laid out plans a certain Princess of the Sun had drawn up. But knowing the forgiving nature of Celestia, there is no way that could lead to conflict, right?

Twilight Sparkle and her friends travel to the Crystal Empire for her first princess summit. Twilight feels both nervous and excited about the event and is self-conscious about wearing her crown. However, her friends are supportive as always. When they meet with the other princesses, Celestia notices how tired Twilight and her friends look after their journey and sends all eight of them off to bed. Later that night, a cloaked unicorn sneaks into the castle and steals Twilight's crown. The next morning, Princess Celestia identifies the thief as Sunset Shimmer, her former student. The princesses explain that the mirror from which Sunset Shimmer escaped is a gateway to an alternate world and task Twilight with going into this other world to retrieve her crown. Little does she know, she will encounter her friends once again. What adventures await Twilight in this alternate world? As of March 25th 2019, this story's been cancelled.
