It has been months since the death of Valentine Morgenstern and his Circle Members, and all the downworlders and shadowhunter's are protected, Magnus and Alec love for each other is so much stronger than ever, and they both feel like nothing will ever break them apart. Alec love Magnus so much that he had decided that he wanted to take their relationship to the next level and ask Magnus to marry him, with the support of his family and friends. But apparently Jonathan Morgenstern, Clary's brother and Valentine's son, have started to feel to develop an unhealthy obsession towards Magnus, and wants Magnus to be all his and rule the Downworld with an iron fist, and kill all the shadowhunter's, with the help of Lilith, the Mother of all Demons and his mother. Alec has become more concerned and worried when Jonathan wanted Magnus all to himself, he doesn't want Magnus to go through the same pain over again, and so with the help of their friends and family, they protect Magnus from any danger and Alec will realize that he love for Magnus is so strong that nothing will break them apart.
