Alya presses her lips together. "Marinette... maybe instead of beating yourself up about the past... maybe you should just move on?"
Marinette looks up from her palms. Move on? It can't be that simple. Can it?

After having her heart broken by her crush, Marinette gives up on Adrien and almost with love itself. But before that, Adrien's alter-ego was rejected by his love and falls into his pit of despair. Both declare love useless. Until Chat Noir comforts Marinette on her balcony. He dries her tears, feeling his heart break even more to see his Princess in pain. A fire ignites in his core and Marinette feels the same passion within her as well. But as they are drawn together with the forces of love once again, evil plots to destroy them and ruin their lives forever.

Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father.
