In the heat of the bustling metropolis of New York City, despite her father's tragic downfall in her same field, renowned psychiatrist Camilla Windsor is known for her clinical precision and specialization in treating patients with severe psychological disorders. Her life takes a harrowing turn when she is approached by Harry Styles, a charismatic yet enigmatic billionaire with an infamous reputation. Harry suffers from a rare and debilitating condition that makes him almost immune to physical pain, and is seeking Camilla's help for a cure. Harry's deal is simple; he will fund Camilla's research and provide her with any and all resources she needs, as long as she agrees to move in and act as Harry's personal therapist for an entire year. Camilla reluctantly agrees to Harry's deal in order to save the company her father once ran with prosperity, but in turn she finds that maybe people's true intentions aren't what they may have seemed. - "You think you can fix me? Do you think I want you to?" His fists clench at his sides, breathing hard as he stares into my eyes with so much intensity that I want to look away. "No, I don't want to fix you. But you can't keep running from this." "Jesus Christ-" he mutters. In the blink of an eye, Harry closes the remaining space between our bodies and grabs my waist, pulling my chest to his. Without warning, he crashes his lips to mine with a mix of anger, desperation, and need. It's almost as if he didn't know what else to do with the mix of emotions raging inside of him. I freeze for a moment as he moves one hand up to cup my jaw with a firm but not forceful grip, pulling me impossibly closer as his lips move against mine. (Mature - 18+)
