The haunting of Cora Hoffman
'"Have you ever questioned your own memories?" Cora asked, rising her teary eyes to look at the boy in front of her. He sighed, avoiding her gaze; he just couldn't bear seeing the girl doubting her reality.
"Guess not." Sean finally replied. "But we'll find out the truth."
Cora felt a certain determination in his voice, which seemed contradictory to the unsure look he had on his face. She looked away, as a thought emerged in her mind. "What if..." she begun, hand reaching out to the boy's shoulder. "What if he is the one telling the truth?" Sean put a reassuring hand over her's, trying to ground her.
He tried to think of something to say, but all the words were knotted in his throat. So he simply nodded, hoping the girl would understand.'
Cora had to fight all her life for what she desired, but she never thought that "something" would be her sanity.
Having just recovered from an accident which resulted in her having amnesia, the girl meets a man which claims to be her boyfriend. However, things start to get out of hand when Cora starts gaining back her memory.
